Introduction

We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our Brisbane team. In this role, you'll work closely with customers and colleagues to help keep projects moving smoothly, support order fulfilment, and deliver a positive customer experience. This is an exciting opportunity to build a long-term career in the mining technology industry while developing in-demand skills in systems, operations, and customer engagement.

What You’ll Do

Be part of a 10-person Customer Service team passionate about delivering great outcomes together.

Learn from experienced colleagues and be set up for long-term success.

Work alongside Site Account Managers to help customers prepare for upcoming site activities and project milestones.

Provide quotations, process sales orders, and manage service requests with accuracy.

Learn and use SAP, Salesforce, and other business systems, with support from experienced team members.

Coordinate with teams across the business to ensure customers receive the support, information, and solutions they need.

Who You Are

Ideally you will have 1–3 years’ experience in customer service, administration, or operations.

You’re likely

From industries such as automotive, aviation, electrical construction, medical manufacturing, logistics, or simply curious about mining technology.

Confident learning new systems, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities.

A strong communicator who enjoys working with people and solving problems.
