This is a hunter role, focused on originating new opportunities, winning net-new customers, and expanding Oracle’s footprint.

What You Will Do
Primary job duty is to sell Oracle CX cloud applications and related services to UK Public Sector organisations, driving net-new revenue growth and expanding Oracle’s presence across government accounts.
- Lead with a new business mindset, proactively identifying, developing, and closing opportunities within UK Public Sector accounts.
- Win net-new logos while expanding strategic existing customers where appropriate.
- Develop and execute a focused territory plan aligned to Public Sector priorities, procurement frameworks, and funding cycles.
- Build and leverage senior stakeholder relationships across departments, agencies, and arms-length bodies.
- Navigate complex Public Sector procurement processes (e.g., frameworks, competitive tenders, direct awards).
- Generate and qualify pipeline through proactive outreach, executive engagement, and partner collaboration.
- Drive sales campaigns and coordinate internal resources to maximise impact.
- Work closely with Oracle partners and system integrators active in the Public Sector ecosystem.
- Maintain strong forecasting discipline and accurate opportunity management in SalesCloud.
Experience selling CX solutions is beneficial, but we are primarily seeking a proven enterprise seller with Public Sector expertise and a strong record of winning complex cloud or technology deals.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven track record of enterprise sales success within the UK Public Sector.
- Strong “hunter” mentality with a history of originating and closing net-new business.
- Experience managing complex sales cycles and multi-stakeholder engagements.
- Familiarity with Public Sector procurement frameworks and buying processes.
- Ability to operate at C-suite and senior civil servant level.
- Experience in enterprise SaaS, cloud, or technology sales.
- Customer Experience (CX) solution knowledge is advantageous but not required.
