Job Description
Joining a dynamic team, the full-time remote Data Analyst - People will shape strategic decisions through advanced modeling and analysis, focusing on workforce intelligence and financial themes while extracting actionable insights from data.
##### Key responsibilities
Translate people needs and data into actionable insights by building relationships across the organization
Support the development and execution of the People Analytics roadmap, prioritizing projects in Talent Acquisition, Compensation, and Workforce Planning
Engage in various People Analytics projects, wrangling data and collaborating with team members from technical experts to senior leadership
##### Required qualifications
1-2 years of experience in a People Analyst role preferred
A degree in Psychology, Economics, Math, Statistics, or a related field
Experience with Python or R required; SQL experience preferred
Basic understanding of data management and analysis
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving project requirements
