As a Deal Lead, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by leading and executing complex deals with our most strategic customers. To excel in this role, you must have a strong understanding of the payments industry, exceptional negotiation skills, and a proven track record of closing high-value deals. Lead and execute complex deals with strategic customers to drive revenue growth for the company.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally.

Stay updated on industry trends and developments to inform deal strategies and negotiations.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities with potential customers.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of deals.

Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify potential deal opportunities.

Develop and present compelling proposals and business cases to clients.

Negotiate and finalize deals that are mutually beneficial for both the company and the client.

Monitor and track progress of deals to ensure they are meeting or exceeding revenue targets.

Provide regular updates and reports on deal progress to senior management.

Proactively identify and address any potential roadblocks or issues that may impact deal success.

Work closely with legal and finance teams to ensure all contracts and agreements are in compliance with company policies and standards.

Continuously strive to improve deal processes and strategies to drive business growth.

Represent the company at industry conferences, events, and meetings.

Mentor and support other team members to achieve their goals and contribute to team success.
