**Description**

We are looking for a dynamic, highly motivated individual to join the Reseller Operations Central team as a Demand Planner. This role will be a key player in driving our continued success, focusing on robust demand planning, cross-functional collaboration, and generating critical business insights. Complementing these core responsibilities, you will actively identify and drive opportunities for process improvement and automation within our analytical and operational workflows, leveraging data-driven approaches to enhance efficiency and decision-making for the Reseller Channel.","responsibilities":"Collaborate with Reseller Account Managers to maximise order chase and drive partners to the optimal inventory, in-stocks, ranging and digital strategies to maximise revenue potential.

Develop early alert mechanisms through analytical insights in our Ops data sets to monitor key metrics/business performance and define assignable actions.

Drive a management system to support forecast, orderbook insights and demand planning supporting key business discussions and decision making with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.

Challenge, influence and negotiate with operational stakeholders across the organization through strong data analytics and actionable insights.

Support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities by understanding launch strategies, monitoring performance and velocity, and providing clear order chase reporting with identified risks.

Manage the validation & publication of a weekly shipment plans to reseller channel partners

Proactively identify and assess opportunities for process improvement and automation within demand planning, reporting, and operational workflows - sharing best practices, ensuring documentation and work instructions are accurate and up-to-date.

Collaborate with subject matter experts, data science, and Bl teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions that enhance efficiency and scalability.

Contribute to identifying and evaluating operational risks, proposing and implementing solutions to mitigate them within the scope of process optimization.

**Preferred Qualifications**

A relevant 3rd level degree e.g. Engineering, Maths, Economics, Supply Chain, Statistics or Data Science & Analytics would be an advantage

Relevant operations experience, preferably in a high tech or computer related industry.

Strong analytical capabilities coupled with good business savvy

Proficient in coding with program like Python, capable of writing complex queries, automating processes, and developing data models.

**Minimum Qualifications**

Excellent analytical capabilities, able to model, interpret and present data to zero in on what matters most, with the commercial awareness to turn insights into actions

Innovative and strategic approach to reporting

Detail-oriented with the ability to see the bigger picture

Superb interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, comfortable presenting complex analytics to an executive audience

A fast learner who can quickly apply and adapt knowledge in varying fast paced situations

Consistent record of working cross-functionally with a variety of partners including sales, finance, logistics, and supply chain teams

Strong work ethic, self starter mindset with ability to work to tight service levels and handle the pressure of last minute requests

Proficient in Excel and other data visualisation tools

Knowledge of how to leverage automation techniques (e.g., scripting, RPA concepts) to solve operational and business problems, driving meaningful improvements and efficiencies.
