Opportunities Available
Dementia Lead - £55,000 per annum plus £5,000 car allowance
Championing outstanding dementia care across our services through best practice, education, innovation and specialist support. We're looking for a passionate and experienced dementia care professional who can inspire others, promote excellence in practice and help create meaningful experiences for people living with dementia. Extensive experience in dementia care is essential, ideally complemented by a recognised dementia-related qualification.
