You are an enthusiastic and passionate Commis Chef or Demi Chef who thrives on the hustle of a busy service and looking to take the next step in their culinary career. You like to be highly organised, looking to develop a long-term career, like to be part of a team and have a passion for hospitality and Japanese cuisine. You could also have previous experience in pastry which would be a huge benefit for the role.

Previous experience working within a Japanese or Asian dining environment is advantageous.
