About You

You are an experienced site services, camp operations or workforce mobilisation professional with a proven ability to support large FIFO workforces in complex construction or resources environments. You enjoy coordinating multiple service providers, balancing operational priorities and driving high standards of service delivery. With strong commercial awareness and a practical approach to problem-solving, you can build effective relationships across project teams while ensuring facilities and workforce support services operate safely, efficiently and reliably.

What You'll Bring

7-10+ years' experience in site services, camp management, workforce mobilisation, travel coordination or facilities management within major resources, mining or construction projects.
