Job Description

Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Digital marketing specialist to join a busy and collaborative marketing team and take ownership of a broad range of digital activities.

This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, autonomy and balancing strategic projects with hands-on delivery. You'll play a key role in enhancing digital communications, improving website performance, developing engaging content and helping bring greater structure to digital marketing activity.

The Role:

Working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners, you'll be involved in a range of projects including website development, digital content planning, social media management, digital reporting and marketing technology initiatives.

Key responsibilities will include:

Managing website content and supporting ongoing website development projects

Creating and delivering engaging content across digital channels

Building and maintaining social media and content plans

Monitoring and reporting on digital performance

Working with external agencies and suppliers

Supporting wider marketing campaigns and communications activity

Identifying opportunities to improve digital engagement and user experience

Experience / Skills

I'm really interested in hearing from digital marketing professionals who can demonstrate experience across several of the following areas:

Managing and developing website content through a CMS platform.

Planning and delivering engaging social media content and campaigns.

Creating content calendars and coordinating activity across multiple channels.

Monitoring and reporting on digital performance, using insights to drive improvements.

Working with external agencies, suppliers or digital partners.

Supporting website development or redesign projects.

Contributing to SEO and wider digital optimisation activity.

* Producing written content for websites, social media, email marketing or broader communications campaigns.

You'll likely be working in a B2B environment and may have gained experience within a technical, engineering, manufacturing or regulated industry, although this isn't essential.

Most importantly, we're looking for someone who enjoys variety, can manage multiple priorities and is comfortable taking ownership of projects whilst building strong relationships with stakeholders across the business.
