About the Opportunity

The Digital Performance Lead role owns digital journey from acquisition through to enquiry quality, and nurture. You’ll partner closely with the wider marketing and sales team turning digital signals into real-world outcomes for families making one of life’s biggest decisions.

This is a hands-on, high-ownership role reporting to the National Marketing Manager, sitting in a collaborative, high-performing marketing team. You’ll lead a small digital team, sharpen performance across channels, and build a test-and-learn engine that lifts ROI and improves the quality of leads flowing into villages.

Own and optimise Arvida’s digital performance strategy across the customer journey

Improve lead quality (not just lead volume) and strengthen conversion through the funnel

Drive performance marketing across Search, Meta, SEO, CRO and analytics

Partner with Community Marketing Mangers: listen, diagnose, build practical plans, and create momentum

Coach and uplift a small team of digital specialists, setting a high-performance standard

What You’ll Bring

Proven experience leading digital specialists (or coaching/leading through influence in a high-performance environment)

Strong performance marketing capability across Search, Meta, SEO, CRO and analytics

Commercial mindset: you can clearly link digital activity to enquiry quality, conversion performance and ROI

Confidence working cross-functionally with Sales and stakeholders who are focused on outcomes, not marketing jargon

A builder’s mindset: you like ownership, pace, and turning “good thought” into “live in market”
