Direct Sales Executive

MCS Group is delighted to be partnering with a leading Out-of-Home (OOH) media organisation to recruit a Direct Sales Executive. Operating one of the most extensive advertising networks across Northern Ireland, the organisation delivers high-impact billboard, digital, and retail media solutions that help brands connect with their target audiences.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially driven sales professional to join a well-established and stable organisation with a strong client base and proven market presence. The successful candidate will manage an existing portfolio of clients while also identifying and developing new business opportunities across Northern Ireland. Working closely with long-standing clients and internal delivery teams, this role offers an excellent balance of account management and proactive business development within a structured and supportive environment.

### Roles & Responsibilities

Manage and develop an established portfolio of advertising clients across Northern Ireland

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with direct advertisers and local businesses

Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive outreach, market research, and referrals

Prepare and deliver tailored advertising proposals across billboard, digital, and retail media formats

Conduct client meetings and present commercially focused campaign solutions

Plan, book, and manage advertising campaigns from initial brief through to delivery

Liaise with internal teams, including operations, finance, and marketing, to ensure seamless campaign execution

Support campaign optimisation and identify opportunities to increase existing client spend

### Essential Criteria

Minimum of 1 year's experience in a sales, account management, or sales support role

Proven ability to manage client relationships and work towards commercial targets

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusted client relationships

Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities

Comfortable working independently within a small, close-knit commercial team

Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as general CRM systems

### Desirable Criteria

Experience in B2B sales or account management

Background in media, advertising, marketing, or a related commercial industry

Experience managing client portfolios or recurring-revenue accounts

### What's on Offer

Competitive base salary of £24,000 - £28,000

Realistic annual commission of £8,000 - £10,000

Hybrid working model
