Director, Internal AI Solutions & Enablement

What You'll Do:

• Identify and validate high-value enterprise AI use cases across Innovid's business units — rapidly prototyping with AI-enabled tools and coordinating with engineering teams and business owners to bring solutions into production within Innovid's operational ecosystem.
• Design and deliver internal AI enablement programs (training curricula, hands-on workshops, interactive courses) that drive measurable adoption of AI tools and workflows across Innovid's GTM, operations, and client-facing teams.
• Run cross-functional AI governance at Innovid — steering committees, intake/triage of AI requests, quality gating of solutions, and alignment across product, commercial, and operations leadership.
• Own the internal AI ROI narrative — build usage telemetry, maintain dashboards, and deliver quarterly impact reporting to Innovid's senior leadership that justifies continued investment and expansion.

What You'll Need:

• 7+ years of experience at an ad tech, media technology, or enterprise SaaS company — demonstrating a deep understanding of how large organizations operate, make decisions, and adopt new technology.
• A genuine passion for applying intelligence and automation to business problems and opportunities — not just interest, but a track record of gravitating toward these challenges and bringing ideas to life, whether by building directly or managing execution through engineering teams, vendors, or cross-functional partners.
• Hands-on familiarity with AI technology platforms (e.g., Claude, GPT, AWS Quick, Bedrock), LLMs, agent frameworks, and RAG — enough to evaluate feasibility, prototype concepts, and partner credibly with technical teams.
• Strong executive communication and GTM instincts — able to leverage project management tools (Monday.com, Asana, Jira) to drive initiatives from concept through to organizational rollout, packaging and positioning internal AI solutions for adoption the way a product would be brought to market.
