VP, AI Strategy & Acceleration

What You Will Do:

Mobilize the AI Acceleration team: Determine departmental mapping and hire key roles (as necessary) to scale AI initiatives across Innovid's business units. Build a team of 4 to 7 spanning solutions, governance, enablement, and architecture.
Define and enforce durable success metrics: Prioritize the longevity, adoption depth, and sustained business impact of AI solutions over volume of deployments. Measure what sticks, not what ships. Fewer, better solutions.
Own enterprise AI ROI and deliver actual return: Measurable improvements to quality, speed, and productivity - enabling teams to take on higher-value work with the same or fewer resources. Report results quarterly to senior leadership.

Currently operating at the VP level (or equivalent) with direct experience building and managing teams across strategy, operations, or technology functions.
Hands-on familiarity with AI platforms (Claude, Bedrock, GPT, Gemini) and AI agents and orchestration tools (e.g., NIVO). Enough technical fluency to evaluate feasibility, challenge assumptions, and partner credibly with engineering. You must have built at least one artifact / application using AI tools.

A builder who operates with urgency and earns trust through results. You have stood up new functions before, recruited and developed high-performing teams, and know how to move an organization from experimentation to operational discipline. You are equally comfortable in the weeds with a team solving workflow problems with AI. You have experience presenting progress to executives.

Location: Remote (US or Buenos Aires)

Experience with LLMOps, Model Context Protocol (MCP), or AI orchestration platforms.
Background in enterprise AI governance, compliance frameworks, or data privacy in data-sensitive environments.
Prior experience standing up a new function, center of excellence, or accelerator team within a mid-size organization at the VP-level.
