Job Description
Leading cloud platform and DevOps initiatives, the full-time Director of Cloud and DevOps will manage infrastructure automation, ensure the reliability and security of cloud environments, and drive modern software delivery practices in a remote setting.
##### Key responsibilities
Develop and implement cloud and DevOps strategies aligned with organizational goals and security requirements
Oversee daily operations of cloud platforms and DevOps teams, ensuring high availability and reliability of services
Manage and mentor cloud and DevOps teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and professional development
##### Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
Minimum of 10 years of experience in cloud infrastructure, DevOps, or site reliability engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
Proven experience managing cloud environments and automation programs, particularly with AWS
Strong knowledge of DevOps practices, including CI/CD and infrastructure as code
Experience selecting and managing cloud providers and strategic consulting partners
