Leading a team of analysts, the full-time remote Director of Product Analytics will define measurement strategies for product and marketing performance, partnering with cross-functional teams to translate complex data into actionable insights and executive narratives.

##### Key responsibilities

Serve as the analytics thought partner to senior leadership, shaping roadmaps and investment decisions through data insights

Own retention analytics across the subscription lifecycle and define metrics to monitor performance in real time

Lead the transition to Multi-Touch Incrementality, assessing paid channel efficiency and informing media mix decisions

##### Required qualifications

12+ years in analytics, data science, or a related quantitative field, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead role

Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred

Experience leading analytics teams in a fast-paced consumer product environment, ideally in subscription or DTC

Deep expertise in experimental design, A/B testing, and causal inference methods

Strong command of retention and subscription analytics, including cohort analysis and churn decomposition
