Position Summary

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve property’s financial room and catering goals whilst consistently analyzing market information
• Responsible for managing large group/catering related opportunities with significant revenue potential
• Support the hotel’s service and relationship strategy, driving customer loyalty by creating classic and timeless experiences with each traveller experience
• Use negotiating skills and creative selling abilities to close on business and negotiate contracts
• Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external
• Ensure you and the team uphold all company policies and procedures whilst enabling achievement of property sales objectives
• Lead and manages all day-to-day activities related to the sales function
• Ensure your team is focused on building long-term, value-based customer relationships that ensure travelers have everything they need
• Be an approachable and confident leader by providing comfort and support to the team
• Plan and execute team building activities so associates feel part of the Four Points team

About You

• Experience in a similar managerial role
• Working rights in New Zealand
