Director, Technical Program Management

Lead and manage a team of program managers, providing clear direction and support to ensure successful delivery of critical programs and initiatives.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams to understand business goals and priorities, and ensure alignment and collaboration on program objectives.

Utilize a strategic mindset to define program objectives, scope, and timelines, and develop effective plans to achieve them.

Monitor program progress and identify potential risks and issues, proactively mitigating them to ensure successful delivery.

Communicate program updates and progress to key stakeholders, including senior leadership, providing transparency and managing expectations.

Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the program management team, encouraging new ideas and approaches to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

Utilize your strong technical background to understand complex challenges and provide guidance and support to the team in solving them.

Utilize project management tools and techniques to ensure efficient and effective program delivery, including resource allocation, budget management, and stakeholder management.

Act as a mentor and coach to program managers, providing guidance and support in their professional development and growth.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in program management, incorporating them into the team's processes and methodologies.
