Disability Support Worker (Disabled Care Worker)

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality, person-centered support to individuals with disabilities

Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks

Facilitate community participation and social inclusion

Document and report on participant progress and any changes in their needs

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized support plans

Travel to remote communities accross Northern Territory

Qualifications:

Previous experience in disability support or a related field is preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Relevant certifications and clearances

Have studied or willing to enroll for Yulungu studies

Pay: $65,000.00 – $78,000.00 per year
