Job Description
Remarkable People is on the lookout for a motivated and organised Dispatch Coordinator to join a busy, well-established operation in the Thames/Kopu area over the busy summer period.

We're looking for someone with strong administration skills, a great attitude and the confidence to communicate with a wide range of people.
Previous dispatch experience is a bonus, but strong administration and coordination skills are just as valuable!

What We're Looking For
Strong administration skills and confident using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and other office systems.
Able to prioritise tasks and juggle multiple responsibilities.
Friendly, professional and confident over the phone.
Someone who takes pride in getting things right and has a proactive attitude
Comfortable working in both an office and operational environment.
