he **Delivery Expert** plays a key role in the Domino’s team. Since most of our orders are delivered to customers, this position is responsible for ensuring orders are delivered **quickly, safely, and with excellent customer service**.

Delivery Experts receive training to properly prepare delivery orders, confirm order accuracy, locate delivery addresses, and provide a friendly and professional experience when delivering to customers.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and verify delivery orders to ensure all items are included
• Pack orders into insulated delivery bags
• Deliver orders safely and efficiently to customers’ homes or workplaces
• Provide friendly, professional customer service upon arrival
• Handle cash and card payments accurately and securely
• Follow Domino’s safety, grooming, and uniform standards
• Work efficiently with other team members to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
• Reliable personal vehicle with valid insurance
• Ability to communicate in English with customers
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and move quickly
• Basic math and cash-handling skills
