This is a W2 based role.

DAILY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and maintain web-based applications and portals for housing department programs.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and technical teams to enhance system functionality.
• Support front-end and back-end web development tasks.
• Assist with application enhancements, testing, and deployment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application defects and performance issues.
• Work with existing legacy systems and support modernization initiatives.
• Participate in documentation and knowledge transfer activities.
• Follow government compliance and security standards during development.

REQUIRED SKILLS (RANK IN ORDER OF IMPORTANCE)

• Experience in web development (Junior to Mid-level).
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with modern web frameworks or libraries.
• Ability to support both front-end and back-end development tasks.
• Experience working in government or public-sector environments.
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

PREFERRED SKILLS (RANK IN ORDER OF IMPORTANCE)

• Experience working with housing, public sector, or municipal systems.
• Knowledge of legacy system modernization.
• Familiarity with secure coding practices.
• Experience in Agile or structured SDLC environments.
