DUTY MANAGER - FULL TIME

We are looking for a Duty Manager to support our day-to-day operations.

Training will be provided for the right candidate. We are looking for someone with a loud, shining, and beautiful personality, possibility to step into a cafe manager position in a busy community driven location on Tamaki Drive.

The ideal candidate would have

• Previous experience working with a team in a well-established, busy all-day eatery.
• Have knowledge of coffee making and beverages in general.
• Enjoy working within a supportive, yet demanding, community.
• Share our values of kindness, tolerance, support, community, positivity, and fun.

You will

Help develop and implement service standards.

Engage and grow your team's knowledge and skills

Have a can-do attitude.

As a duty manager, you will undertake the following duties

Manage costs with the help of the Venue Manager

Establish strong relationships with the team, and with Head chefs

Lead and Uphold the morale within the team

Provide our customers with excellent customer service

Engage in the community through simple hospitality habits

Manage customer complaints and provide positive outcomes

Work on the floor, serving and taking orders

The position will be a full-time and permanent role. The pay has been outlined within Seek and will be dependent on skill and attitude. We offer staff drinks every day, all-you-can-drink coffees and teas, free staff meal per shift from the menu, flexibility, and a caring leadership style.
