Description

We are looking for a Business Central Consultant with strong experience in pre-sales and implementation. The role combines active involvement in pre-sales activities with the ability to ground proposed solutions in real delivery experience.

• Solid experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Proven participation in BC implementations (end-to-end or key phases)
• Strong understanding of Finance, Trade & Inventory, core operational processes in BC
• Ability to translate business needs into solution designs
• Ability to explain ERP concepts in clear, business-oriented language, and balance customer expectations with delivery reality
• Confident communication with business stakeholders and decision-makers

Nice to have

• Experience with SMB / Mid-Market customers
• Microsoft partner background
• Industry exposure (Retail, Distribution, Manufacturing)
• Experience working closely with sales teams

Responsibilities

• Participate in pre-sales cycles together with sales teams
• Conduct discovery sessions to understand business processes and pain points
• Design and present Business Central solution concepts
• Deliver solution demos (standard and scenario-based)
• Support RFP / RFI responses, including scope definition and assumptions
• Act as a solution advisor during customer evaluations and decision-making
• Bring hands-on experience from Business Central implementations
• Ensure proposed solutions are technically feasible, scalable, realistic in terms of scope, timeline, and risks
• Advise on implementation approach, phases, and dependencies
• Collaborate with delivery teams to align pre-sales commitments with execution
