Job Description

We are looking for a seasoned Technical Solution Architect with deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management (F&SCM) and a strong command of enterprise integration architecture. In this role, you will own end-to-end technical solution design across complex, multi-country ERP programmes â from shaping the integration landscape and data architecture to guiding development teams and supporting presales. You will act as the bridge between business requirements and scalable, Microsoft-aligned technical solutions, with integrations at the centre of every design decision.

Core Focus: Integration Architecture

Integration is a first-class concern in this role. You are expected to design and govern the full integration landscape, including:

- Architecture of synchronous and asynchronous integration patterns (REST/OData, Service Bus, Event Grid, Webhooks)

- Azure Integration Services stack: Logic Apps, Azure Functions, API Management (APIM), Service Bus, Event Grid, Data Factory

- Dual-write and Dataverse integration for cross-Dynamics-app scenarios

- D365 native integration capabilities: Data Entities, DIXF (Data Management Framework), Business Events, recurring integrations

- ISV and third-party connector strategy, including middleware platforms (e.g. MuleSoft, BizTalk, Boomi)

- API design standards, versioning, security (OAuth 2.0, AAD), and governance

- Integration testing, monitoring, and operational runbooks
