The Role

• \ Teaching across EYFS, KS1 or KS2 depending on experience and preference
• \ Planning and delivering engaging lessons
• \ Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• \ Assessing pupil progress and adapting teaching accordingly
• \ Supporting pupils with different abilities and additional needs
• \ Building positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents
• \ Working as part of a supportive school team

The Ideal Candidate

• \ Holds QTS or is completing their ECT programme
• \ Passionate about primary education
• \ Confident or developing confidence in classroom management
• \ Strong understanding of the primary curriculum
• \ Enthusiastic, reliable and committed
• \ Open to both long-term and flexible opportunities
