Electrician | Reefton
$35–$45 per hour | 6-Week Assignment | Free Accommodation Provided
An established electrical contractor is seeking experienced Registered Electricians for a short-term assignment on a large-scale solar farm project in Reefton on the West Coast.
This is an excellent opportunity for qualified electricians looking for temporary project work, with free accommodation provided for the duration of the assignment. The project is expected to run for approximately six weeks, making it ideal for tradespeople available to commit to the full assignment.
The Role
Carry out electrical installation work on a large-scale solar farm project
Assist with electrical infrastructure and associated installation tasks
Follow electrical plans, specifications and site instructions
Work alongside other electricians and construction trades
Maintain high standards of workmanship and health and safety
Contribute to the efficient completion of project work
What They're Looking For
Current EWRB Practising Licence — essential
Proven electrical installation experience
A strong understanding of electrical safety and site procedures
Reliable, motivated and able to work effectively within a team
Availability to commit to the six-week assignment
New Zealand citizens or permanent residents only
