Electro-Mech Engineer (Nights)

• Fletcher Moorland Ltd is looking for an experienced and motivated Mechanical Fitter to join our Electromechanical Engineering team.
• This is a varied, hands-on workshop-based role involving the assembly, maintenance, fault diagnosis, repair and refurbishment of industrial mechanical equipment, including pumps, gearboxes, motors and other rotating machinery.
• Working as part of an experienced engineering team, you will undertake precision fitting, component alignment, testing and inspection, ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.
• We're looking for someone who has:
• Proven experience in mechanical fitting, maintenance and repair of industrial equipment.
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
• The ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Experience using precision measuring equipment and engineering tools.
• A proactive, reliable approach with excellent attention to detail.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• An NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Mechanical Engineering, along with experience working on rotating equipment, would be advantageous.

• Monday – Friday: 10pm - 6am
• Friday, Saturday, Sunday: Premium Rate Offered
• Sunday – Thursday: 10pm – 6am
• Saturday – Wednesday 10pm – 6am
• Additional Information –
• Overtime Rate: Fixed overtime rate
• Call out Rate: £150.00
• Holidays: 25 days per annum plus statutory holidays
• Sick Pay Scheme: 6 weeks full pay, 6 weeks half pay
• Salary: Negotiable depending on experience

• Pay: £45,000.00-£65,000.00 per year
