Working remotely, the full-time Eligibility and Enrollment Specialist will provide enrollment assistance and information regarding the HIPP/Premium Assistance program to Medicaid eligible recipients, verify healthcare coverage, and maintain accurate case documentation.

##### Key responsibilities

Provide enrollment assistance and program information over the phone to Medicaid recipients and their families

Verify and document healthcare coverage for Medicaid recipients and assist in identifying members qualifying for the HIPP/Premium Assistance program

Perform data entry and maintain active cases during open enrollment and premium reviews

##### Required qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of experience in the insurance industry, healthcare, or government-sponsored health insurance

At least 2 years of phone-based experience, including handling inbound and making outbound calls

Call center experience is preferred

Bilingual skills are preferred

Knowledge of healthcare terminology is a plus
