Job Description
Seeking a strategically-minded leader, the full-time remote End User Services Lead will own the End User Services Tower, driving modernization efforts and managing an outsourced delivery team while implementing next-generation AI-driven workforce technology.
##### Key responsibilities
Define and execute a 3-year strategy for the Digital Workplace, focusing on cost optimization and security alignment
Lead the Managed Service Provider to exceed SLAs and ensure operational excellence in service delivery and project management
Manage relationships with vendors and oversee the technical roadmap for Unified Endpoint Management platforms
##### Required qualifications
Deep experience with WinOS and macOS in an enterprise environment
Proven track record with VDI/DaaS deployment and understanding of cloud vs. physical hardware trade-offs
Minimum 3+ years managing large-scale outsourced IT contracts and global MSPs
Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, or equivalent experience; relevant certifications are a plus
Experience with budget planning and vendor contract negotiation
