Role: Engagement Manager.

Job Description: The role is focused on client stakeholder management and providing delivery leadership. The candidate must have led major modernization programs and possess experience with Project management and AWS cloud exposure is a significant plus. Excellent communication skills and working with senior client stakeholders is mandatory.

Solid understanding of Project management and AWS cloud, AWS services, Kubernetes, Terraform, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD Pileline, and Java, AWS cloud exposure is a significant plus. Hands-on practical experience in system/solution design, and operational stability that align with business goals and requirements considering factors like performance, security, reliability, availability, observability, and compliance.

Cross-functional coordination: Acting as a liaison between engineering, product, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth execution.

Technical leadership: Contributing to technical architecture, participating in design reviews, and providing technical insights to guide project decisions.
