Analog Devices in Limerick has two technically advanced segregated 200mm clean room areas, a mixed signal fabrication area and an area for processing of novel materials. The Process Engineering team are seeking a motivated, self motivated individual to aid the process group with Training & Development of our new graduatess

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

Development of Skills Base system across the Engineering group

Coordination of training for Engineering Team

Roll out of training system across the group

Ensuring adherence & documentation of training

Coordination of application for training Grant

Minimum qualifications :

Good communication and interaction skills

Data driven and ability to apply science theory and engineering concepts

Self-directing, self-motivated and ability to work in a dynamic environment

Preferred qualifications:

Good knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing preferred but not a requirement

Data Analytics skills would be an advantage
