Skill: GENESYS Developer

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

Minimum 4 years of experience in contact center related technologies and experience in Genesys Cloud IVR Development using Architect tool.

IVR Design & Call Flow development including secure flow & bots.

Experience in working on different contact center technologies as below.

IVR, AI & Bots, Routing, CTI, Agent Desktop, Dialers, Live Chat, WFM, Omnichannel configurations , Genesys AI services implementations for ex: IVA , Agentic AI etc.

Migration to Genesys cloud contact center.

Genesys API's and integration with 3rd party solutions and CRM's.

Strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML payloads.

Excellent communication and inter-personal skills.

Roles & Responsibilities

Working across different Genesys suite of products (Pure Engage, Pure Cloud, Cloud CX).

Migrating contact centers to Genesys Cloud CX. Will be Hands on Genesys Cloud enablement, configuration, and support.

Will be required to design and construct call flows.

Design and deliver IVR and bots (Genesys Dialog Engine and 3rd party bot platform such as Google Dialog flow, Amazon Lex, etc.)

Genesys API's and integration with 3rd party solutions and CRMs like Salesforce etc.

Work with adjunct solutions like WFM, Dialers, Recording etc.

Interface with required teams, OEMs, vendors to achieve desirable goals.

Knowledge on any other contact center like Amazon connect , Avaya , Cisco is added advantage .

Salary Range - $100,000-$120,000 a year
