Set clear goals and execute a roadmap aligned with product and business priorities
Utilize data and AI to inform product decisions and enhance team performance
##### Required qualifications
8+ years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years in a management role
Experience leading teams that build and ship consumer-facing products
Strong technical foundation for engaging in architecture and design reviews
Proven ability to use data and experimentation to guide engineering decisions
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
