Own the team's technical outcomes and guide architectural decisions to ensure scalable and reliable systems

Build and lead a high-performing engineering team, providing feedback and fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration

Partner with Product and Design to translate goals into engineering plans, managing dependencies and ensuring impactful delivery outcomes

##### Required qualifications

4+ years of experience in senior or staff engineering roles, with at least 1 year in a management position

Experience leading teams responsible for delivering production SaaS products

Strong technical background with the ability to guide architectural decisions across frontend and backend systems

Proven ability to drive execution in a cross-functional product environment

Experience integrating data-driven or AI-enabled features into product experiences
