##### Key responsibilities
Manage a team of Backend, Frontend, and applied AI engineers to optimize support workflows
Own the technical vision for support tools and integrations, ensuring high operational excellence
Collaborate with Technical and Product teams to align the support experience with organizational goals
##### Required qualifications
5+ years of engineering experience with a focus on coding
2+ years of experience as an engineering manager leading productive teams
Proven track record in delivering exceptional user experiences in customer support software
Experience with AI agent optimization and custom support tools
Strong understanding of technology industry trends and customer support workflows
