Engineering Manager of Managers, Emerging Products

We’re looking for an experienced Engineering Manager of Managers with outstanding technical and people management skills to manage and grow a set of excellent engineers and engineering leaders. Provide hands-on technical leadership on multiple fronts (architecture/design, code reviews, and incident management) to your reports. Deliver value through strong collaboration with multiple stakeholders across Stripe. Establish and drive adoption of design and coding best practices within your team. Define and grow your team’s charter with Stripe’s business growth. Understand user needs and user pain points to prioritize engineering work and deliver high quality solutions to meet user needs. Drive the roadmap and priorities for your team, and work with dependencies across the company.
