Job Description
Connecting underserved individuals with Community Health Navigators, the full-time remote Enrollment Representative will perform outreach, complete enrollment documentation, and maintain accurate records while working independently with minimal supervision.
##### Key Responsibilities
Outreach and consent potential members for the ECM program
Accurately complete enrollment and eligibility documentation for consented individuals
Maintain accurate records in the technology platform for all outreach attempts
##### Required Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent
1-2 years' experience in a healthcare environment, social services, or community-based organizations is a plus
Call center or other sales experience
Availability to work a 1:00 pm to 9:00 pm shift
Bi-lingual in English and Spanish
