Job Description
To enhance operational efficiency, the full-time salaried Staff Enterprise Applications Developer will analyze complex business challenges and develop solutions on the IBM Maximo platform while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
##### Key responsibilities
Design, develop, and support applications on the IBM Maximo platform
Collaborate with teams to translate business needs into technical requirements and build integrations with enterprise systems
Troubleshoot and resolve issues across applications, integrations, and workflows, while creating documentation and test plans
##### Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline with 8-12 years of related experience, or a Master's degree with 5-7 years, or a PhD with 2-4 years
Extensive experience with IBM Maximo, including implementation, configuration, and customization
Proficiency in Python, Jython, JavaScript, SQL, and XML for automation and integrations
Strong understanding of Maximo architecture, workflows, and integration frameworks
Experience with REST/JSON integrations and building complex BIRT reports
