Entry Level Construction Labourer

Trade Assist is seeking Construction Labourers to join busy projects across Christchurch. What you’ll be doing:- Carrying out general labouring duties across a range of construction sites

- Loading, unloading, and moving materials around site

- Keeping worksites clean, safe, and well-organised

- Assisting with digging, shovelling, and site preparation tasks

- Supporting construction workers and site teams with day-to-day operations

What we offer:

- $24–$25 per hour, depending on experience

- No previous experience required

- Supportive team environment and opportunities for ongoing work

- Full PPE provided

Requirements:

- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a willingness to get stuck in

- Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on, repetitive work

- Reliable transport to get to and from different job sites

- Site Safe certification is a bonus, but not essential
