Leading the analysis of clinical, business, and technical processes, the full-time Epic Analyst Senior, SC Licensed will develop recommendations for system modifications, manage assigned Epic modules, and mentor junior analysts while working remotely.

##### Key responsibilities

Coordinates the preparation, installation, and support of Epic applications, ensuring effective workflow analysis and implementation

Acts as the primary technical liaison with vendors for Epic module activities and maintains customer relations to resolve software application issues

Mentors and trains team members on implementation planning and project management, while ensuring data integrity and timely completion of tasks

##### Required qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Services, Health Administration, Business Administration, Health Sciences, or related field; Master's degree preferred

Five years of experience in EPIC or integrated EMR systems within a healthcare setting

Epic certification in assigned Epic application discipline

Experience in a business, computer science, or healthcare information technology environment

In lieu of education, an Associate degree with six years of related experience or a High School Diploma with eight years of related experience may be considered
