**Key Responsibilities:**

  • You will be responsible for leading end-to-end delivery or a defined component of a contract to meet operational, contractual, and financial commitments.
  • You will ensure service quality and efficiency while managing delivery outcomes and identifying opportunities for follow-on work through up-selling or cross-selling.
  • You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, take responsibility for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions.
  • Providing solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams is also a key expectation.
  • Expert proficiency in Teradata SQL is required.
  • Expert proficiency in Extract Transform Load, advanced proficiency in Informatica PowerCenter, and expert proficiency in Team Lead Experience and Unix Shell Scripting are suggested.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery processes and service quality.
  • Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to align project goals and resolve complex challenges.
  • Analyze project metrics and feedback to optimize resource allocation and performance.
  • Champion best practices and foster a culture of innovation within the delivery team.
  • Support stakeholder engagement by communicating progress, risks, and opportunities clearly and proactively.

**Basic Qualifications:**

  • Minimum 5 years of work experience
  • Expert proficiency in Teradata SQL
  • Expert proficiency in Extract Transform Load
  • Advanced proficiency in Informatica PowerCenter
  • Expert proficiency in Team Lead Experience
  • Unix Shell Scripting
  • High School Diploma or GED

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
