Identify and report risks, hazards, suspicious behaviour or developing incidents to supervisors and control teams

Use calm communication and conflict-management skills to help prevent issues from escalating

Assist with incident response, ejections, safeguarding concerns and emergency procedures when required

Support venue policies including alcohol controls, smoking and vaping restrictions, safe-standing guidance and prohibited items

Assist with evacuations, area sweeps and clearing restricted or closed areas

Work closely with stewards, traffic, car park, hospitality and venue teams to support the smooth running of each event

Complete duties in line with assignment instructions, company standards, licensing conditions and health and safety requirements

Essential requirements:

A valid SIA Door Supervisor licence

Aged 18 or over due to the nature of the role

The right to work in the UK

Good spoken and written English communication skills

A calm, professional and confident approach in busy or high-pressure environments

Strong customer service skills and a helpful, approachable manner

Reliability, punctuality and the ability to follow instructions and venue procedures

Previous experience in event security, stewarding, customer service, hospitality, traffic management or front-of-house roles is desirable but not essential

Hours of work:

Shift times vary depending on the event, with early, late, evening and weekend shifts available.

Work is offered on a casual basis, giving you the flexibility to choose shifts around your existing commitments.

Rate of pay:

£13.79 per hour.

Why join Stadium?

Flexible casual work at major UK events and venues

Opportunities to gain experience across sport, music, festivals and live entertainment

A supportive team environment with clear site briefings and supervision

* The chance to play an important role in delivering safe and enjoyable event experiences

If you have experience as a customer service assistant, event steward, spectator safety steward, car park marshal, traffic management operative, hospitality host, front-of-house team member or in another transferable role, we would be pleased to hear from you.
