Supporting the Events team remotely, the detail-oriented Event Technology Associate will assist with event registration, manage data accuracy, and provide customer support to ensure a smooth experience for attendees at trade shows and large events.

##### Key responsibilities

Support event website setup and online registration processes

Manage registration data and respond to attendee inquiries in a professional manner

Provide on-site support during live events, including attendee check-in and troubleshooting

##### Required qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business administration, event management, or a related field preferred

Proven experience in event registration and customer service roles

Proficiency in event registration software and database management, with Cvent experience preferred

Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
