### **Minimum qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of administrative experience in a high-tech or international environment working on core administrative tasks (e.g., travel management, expense reports, calendar management, facilities coordination, etc.).
### **Preferred qualifications:**
- 8 years of administrative experience supporting executive-level management in a corporate environment, and managing small-scale projects and events from pre-planning to execution.
- Experience in effective calendar management over international time zones, complex and high-volume travel scheduling and booking, and efficient budgeting of events.
- Experience in handling multiple urgent priorities independently.
- Ability to navigate a complex environment to collaborate and effectively communicate across a various range of people and job functions.
- Excellent project management skills to further support the organization or office site that you manage.

You anticipate the needs of your managers and team members and help them stay focused on their projects by resolving operational and administrative issues before they arise. You move quickly with the changing environment and are up to date with the latest Google products and services. You also use that knowledge to strategically support your team's projects. In addition to being organized and analytical, you possess the strong business judgment and communication skills needed to interact with a variety of people and job functions.

**Responsibilities**

- Work across the full spectrum of administrative tasks (e.g., calendar management, travel scheduling, executive expense management, event and budget management).
- Provide leadership and become a role model to other executive business partners across the region.
- Establish trust and partnership with cross-functional teams and executives of the organization you are supporting. Use your judgment and discretion to make decisions in complex, ambiguous, or time sensitive situations.
- Identify process or operational improvements to allow the business to run more efficiently.
- Maintain a high standard of confidentiality, and be an expert on internal systems and policies.
