About the Role
We are seeking an experienced High-End Detailer / Joiner to join our team, specialising in timber, veneer, high-end cabinetry and interior fittings across residential and commercial projects.
This role will suit someone with a strong eye for detail, exceptional attention to craftsmanship, and the ability to produce premium work from detailed drawings and specifications through to fabrication, assembly and installation.
We are looking for someone with 5+ years of hands-on joinery, cabinetmaking or high-end detailing experience. A trade qualification or relevant joinery certification is advantageous, but not essential for the right person with the skills, experience and attitude.
About You
You will ideally have
\*5+ years' experience in high-end joinery, cabinetmaking or detailing.
\*Strong experience working with timber and veneer.
\*Excellent attention to detail and a high standard of craftsmanship.
\*The ability to read and interpret detailed plans, drawings and specifications.
\*Experience producing custom cabinetry and high-end interior fittings.
\*Strong knowledge of joinery construction, materials, hardware and finishing requirements.
\*The ability to work accurately and efficiently, both independently and as part of a team.
\*A commitment to quality and pride in producing premium finished work.
\*Excellent problem-solving skills and a practical, hands-on approach.
\*A relevant trade qualification or joinery certification is advantageous, but not essential for the right candidate.
The Role
This is a hands-on position where you will be involved in the detailing, manufacture and assembly of custom joinery, working closely with the team to deliver high-end projects to exacting standards.
You will be responsible for ensuring your work is accurately detailed and constructed, with a particular focus on quality, precision, timber and veneer craftsmanship, and attention to the finer details.
