Experienced Pool Service Technician

Good technicians should have the opportunity to do work they’re proud of — and enjoy the independence that comes with it.

Pool Magic by Humphreys is looking for an experienced Pool Service Technician who takes pride in their work and wants to keep some of Auckland’s most impressive residential pools and spas performing at their best.

We’re an award-winning business creating exceptional residential landscapes and bespoke swimming pools. Our Pool Magic division brings together 30 professionals across servicing, valet and administration, with a shared commitment to quality and customer service.

The role

You’ll take ownership of your service work, finding practical solutions and making sure every job is completed to a high standard.

You’ll be hands-on with pool and spa systems, building trusted client relationships and keeping clear, accurate records. Your work will include:

Servicing, maintaining and repairing pool and spa systems

Diagnosing faults and resolving technical issues

Communicating with clients and providing reliable service

Completing service records and reports

* Handling equipment and chemicals safely

About you

You’re an experienced pool service technician with strong practical skills and the confidence to troubleshoot problems.

More importantly, you take ownership. You think ahead, notice the details and follow through. You understand that how you deal with a client matters just as much as the quality of your repair.

You’ll also need a valid driver’s licence, clear communication skills and a reliable, self-motivated approach.

Why Pool Magic?

You’ll join an established team, work on premium residential properties and bring your expertise to a growing Pools team. We will support you with all of the equipment and systems you need to succeed.

If you’re ready for a fresh challenge and work you can be proud of, we’d like to hear from you.
