Facilities Coordinator

We are currently seeking an experienced Facilities Coordinator to be onsite and support a well known global brand in Sydney's CBD on an initial 4 week temporary assignment, with potential to extend.

This is a hands on role supporting the day to day soft services operations. We're looking for someone who can hit the ground running, take initiative and provide excellent service to internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily facilities and soft services operations across three Sydney sites
• Conduct daily floor walks, identifying and resolving facilities issues
• Liaise with cleaners, contractors and external service providers
• Assist with event setups, catering and meeting room arrangements
• Coordinate deliveries, supplies and general office requirements
• Escort contractors and assist with scheduled maintenance activities
• Provide occasional reception and mailroom coverage
• Respond to ad hoc facilities requests and ensure safe work practices are followed

About You

• Previous experience in Facilities Coordination, Workplace Services or Corporate Facilities Support
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
• Confident liaising with contractors, vendors and internal stakeholders
• Good understanding of workplace health and safety practices
• Proactive, reliable and happy to be hands on
• Available to commence Monday 26 October

$42 per hour + superannuation

Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm
