Position: Day Porter / Facilities Support Associate / Cleaner / Janitor

Location: Englewood, CO 80112

Duration: 12+ Month Contract | Possible Full-Time Conversion

Shift: Early Morning Shift (6:00 AM Start) | Part‑Time (4 hours/day)

About the Role

We are seeking a dependable and proactive Day Porter / Facilities Support Associate to help ensure our facilities remain clean, safe, and welcoming. Starting your day at 6:00 AM, you will be the first point of care for the building—making sure it is prepared, polished, and ready before team members arrive.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain restroom and kitchen cleanliness; perform vacuuming, dusting, sweeping, and mopping.
• Clean reachable windows and ensure all building entrances are free of debris.
• Perform light snow removal to keep walkways safe for early-arriving staff.
• Support general facilities upkeep with basic “handyman” tasks.
• Experience in painting, light carpentry, or basic HVAC is a strong plus.

What We’re Looking For

• Reliability and the ability to consistently start work at 6:00 AM.
• A proactive “see it, fix it” approach to building appearance and maintenance.
• Comfortable working independently or within a small facilities team.
• Prior experience in commercial maintenance, painting, or carpentry preferred.
