Factory All-Rounder | Forklift Operator

• Our client based in Wigram is looking for a reliable and motivated Factory All-Rounder to join their cardboard manufacturing team.
• This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys practical, hands-on work and wants to develop a range of skills within a busy manufacturing environment.
• You'll be trained to operate multiple machines used in the cardboard manufacturing process, as well as production, packing, and general factory duties.
• The Role
• As a Factory All-Rounder, you'll work across different areas of our cardboard manufacturing operation.

Your duties will include

Operating and learning to operate various cardboard manufacturing machines

Feeding and handling cardboard and raw materials

Cutting, processing, and preparing cardboard products

Packing and stacking finished products

Carrying out quality checks

Moving materials and finished products around the factory

Forklift operation and general yard duties (OSH Required)

Loading and unloading materials and products

Keeping machinery and work areas clean and organized

Following production schedules and instructions

Working safely and efficiently as part of the production team

Helping wherever needed to keep production running smoothly

We're looking for someone who is:

Reliable and punctual

Hardworking and physically fit

Confident on the forklift

Practical and enjoys hands-on work

Keen to learn new machinery and skills

Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment

Able to follow instructions and work safely

Attentive to detail and takes pride in their work

A positive team player

Willing to take on different responsibilities and learn new areas of the business

What We Offer

Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm

$25 per hour +

Full training on multiple cardboard manufacturing machines
