Provide technical support and guidance to customers regarding AMD products.

Act as a point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of AMD products and their applications.

Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and implement strategies for promoting AMD products.

Conduct product training and presentations for customers to increase their understanding and usage of AMD products.

Identify and troubleshoot technical issues reported by customers and provide timely resolutions.

Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements, and provide insights and recommendations to improve AMD products.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet their requirements.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and effective product support for customers.

Analyze customer feedback and make recommendations for product improvements.

Attend conferences and events to represent AMD and promote our products.

Act as a mentor and provide guidance to junior team members.

Keep accurate records of customer interactions and provide regular reports to management.

Adhere to company policies and procedures, and maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions with customers.

Continuously strive for customer satisfaction and contribute to the overall success and growth of AMD.
